Prioritize Your Health: Care for yourself first
Prioritize Your Health is a podcast about caring for yourself first — not as an afterthought, but as the foundation for everything else. Hosted by Morgan Siebs, medical doctor turned adaptive yoga teacher, TBI survivor, and founder of Tides of Healing Collective, it explores accessible ways to protect your energy, nurture your nervous system, and honor your capacity.
Through a mix of solo reflections and conversations with guests, Morgan shares practical tools, gentle rituals, and stories that invite you to tend to yourself with intention. A core part of this podcast is amplifying the voices of the disabled community and bringing our journeys to light — not to be defined by them, but to be seen, heard, and celebrated. Each person’s healing path is unique, and by listening to these stories, you may find inspiration or gentle reminders to support your own.
The first 13 episodes were recorded before Morgan’s brain injury and reflect an earlier season of her life. While the voice and pace of the show have evolved, the heart of the message remains constant: your well-being matters deeply, and tending to yourself comes first.
